Sweet, sweet Choco Pie. Marshmallow creme sandwiched between two soft vanilla cakes and covered in chocolate. Delicious. Available at your local Korean grocery market.

I love baking, specially cupcakes and this is by far the best cake mix i've ever used. It's nothing like what you'll find your local supermarket. I love the recipe i have from my mom, it makes lovely light & fluffy cakes everytime, but this mix is impossible! The batter is a deep velvety red and baked evenly and beautifully. The cupcakes were nothing short of perfect, rich and delicious with the most delicate taste of chocolate. The mix also comes with a recipe for cheesecake frosting which is attached to my fridge door. It's the perfect combination. And to top them off, this cupcake mix also comes with the signature confectioners’ red dots. The room was filled with sounds of ''mmmm''.

Genius product. It is hard to enjoy pudding when you live alone and have to make a ginormous bowl - this way you can make just one delicious portion at a time. Mmm...I think I know what my new work snack is going to be.

I just freaking love Japanese desserts/candy! There's a Cost Plus World Market near me that stocks a bunch of good stuff, including Pocky. Try the almond coated variety as well. Mmmm.
