Ok! I really love a super flirty and feminine skirt and this one does it for me! Not only does it have a whimsical floral black and white print with the flowers for color, but it has an EYELET slip for it's second layer!!! I love it!! Oh and the price is certainly right!

More tulle! Hahaha. I have one just like this from H&M in white. I should buy this one too, just to have a black alternative. Plus it's super cheap. $15! Get um while they're hot.
