I don't eat butter on a weekly or even monthly basis. In fact, the only time I do buy butter is when I cook during the holidays. Thats when all health and dietary concerns are off. For example, the butter that goes into my candied yams and sweet potato biscuits.

My boyfriend likes it when I make him homemade spicy fries in the broiler. They come out crispy as if they were actually fried. I also quarter and roast them with my Thanksgiving turkey.
