I admit I haven't used this yet, but i looks like a stroke of genius to me... the inner tub can either hold ice or be used to hold foods that need to be chilled. fill the other tub with liquid, insert the inner tub and freeze...... Another great ice cream maker because who doesn't love ice cream??? Comes with a recipe book and a built in cone holder!
