Drink Bar Napkin Set

Drink Bar Napkin Set

I need these napkins on my bar to go with my coasters that define the various stages of intoxication. My favorite one: the yellow napkin on how to please a woman versus how to please a man.

This particular design has a silicone lid that securely attaches to the cup. The outside is matte and the inside is glazed. I prefer a version that Starbucks put out a few months ago. Their version is pretty much the same, but the outside is glazed (and of course has their logo) and the lid is plastic with a silicone liner to keep liquids sealed in. The key difference between the two is the price. "I Am Not A Paper Cup" is roughly $20 and the Starbucks version is $12. The upsides to either is that if you are a daily coffee drinker, you don't have to trash a paper cup and plastic lid every time you get take-out coffee. The downside is that both of them hold about 8 oz. - not favorable if you normally order a "grande" at Starbucks. Another issue for commuters is that it is not spill-proof or splash-proof. And finally, the Starbucks version CANNOT go into the microwave.

The company is called Way Basics, and the product is the zBoard. All of Way Basics furniture is composed of boards they call ‘zBoards’, which are all composed of 99% post-consumer recycled paper! I’ve recently acquired a Red and Orange cube from these guys, and I was amazed at how strong these boards are. They felt just as durable as particle board, but they were a lot lighter. I even did the impossible and stood on my cube (I weigh about 170 lbs.) and it held my weight! One of the coolest things (aside from the eco factor), is that the furniture requires zero tools for assembly. All of the boards are held by a double-sided tape from 3M. I had my doubts, but the tape is incredibly strong and held the cubes really well. The item I recommend is a 3 Spinning Cube set, which contains three cubes and two spinning plates so you can spin around the Cubes 360 degrees. But if spinning cubes aren’t your thing, Way Basics offers an entire line of products on their homepage: http://www.waybasics.com/shop/ They even offer an array of colors, ranging from natural wood grains such as Cedar and Espresso, to hot pink! You can mix and match colors, or just order in a single shade. I am also a fan of Way Basics on Facebook (they are offering weekly giveaways exclusively to Facebook fans), so be sure to check them out there. Bottom line: Way Basics is offering an incredible product for an incredibly affordable price, single Cubes start at $20. Do yourself and the environment a favor, check them out!
