Savon de Marseilles Organic Liquid Soap: Verbena
For a start this is one of my all time favorite brands for packaging & graphics - very iconic, you've almost definitely seen Savon de Marseilles somewhere. The famous line has now created a new organic & biocert, certified line of body products with the same legendary look but the formulations are finally something I'm comfortable using! The liquid soaps are vegetable based and made using the finest organic palm, olive & coconut oils with essential oils for fragrance. They do a really effective job of cleansing but without over drying so your skin feels soft & lightly fragranced. I especially love the Verbena for it's zesty, pick me up smell - delicious!

I've described it before but all of the Malie products are organic, natural & wild-harvested using steam-distilled scents that contain the very essence of the plant in every single drop of oil. What that means is that you get the actual, real smell of the plant, not some synthesized or artificial version. The smell of Koke'e is described as this: "it captures the crisp, green, refreshing scent of the moist Hawaiian rainforest. Hard to imagine that dripping wax on someone isn’t going to hurt, but these specially formulated soy wax and shea butter massage candles do exactly that. The wax never heats beyond a certain point and as soon as you blow out the candle, it’s ready to drizzle on a very lucky someone. The wax instantly emulsifies into a super silky massage oil that leaves skin so deliciously fragrant, you just want to bury your face in it and rub yourself all over with it. Your skin smells amazing, feels amazing and I can’t think of a sexier way to body moisturize. Amen to that.

The great thing about all the Zoya polishes is that they don't contain formaldehyde, toluene or dibutyl pthalate (god forbid that companies still put such unbelievably toxic chemicals in our beauty products!!), so while they're not entirely chemical free, the most severe offenders have been removed. It's totally chip resistant and applies opaque - just like your MAC or L'Oreal - and it's only $6.00 for a bottle! Love that.
