Awesome home fitness plan - adjusts with you. Maya, the trainer, frequently asks questions about how you are keeping up with the workout and adjusts the workout to suit. The program keeps track of your progress and the workouts become increasingly more difficult with time. At the begining of each workout you choose your focus: abs, strength, aerobic, flexibility, etc. Beware: if you go too long without working out, Maya will get a little snarky with you and suggest maybe you could work out a little more often.
