The ribbon tassels fall from waist height down, draping over the arms. A hand-crocheted yellow and green floral design is framed by the nude satin top panel that covers the shoulders. A narrow, crochet embroidered piece on the same nude fabric, secures the cape under the neck with a metal hook and eye clasp.
