You can use a brush or your finger and as quickly as I can say dip in and swipe it over lids for a really pretty, natural look ... Voila! You're done. Ultra-silky, moisturizing and anything but your average eye shadow. The highly active vitamin and mineral-rich treatment color is 100% pure and 100% hypo-allergenic. So if it's dewy you're after, natural, or sexy & dramatic, create your own look by applying more or less.
