This... oh, this is a treat for your mouth. Sweetened with honey and cranberries, it is surely your addiction too (and marketed as being good for antioxidants). This website sells by the box, but I find them in my supermarket and healthy food store. There are so many "bars" out there, but this one really stands apart! check out the other two recommendations for the company.

It appears they have 10 "kinds" of bars, but my store only has 2 or 3 (I don't know because I am only obsessed with the next recommendation!) Gluten-free, wheat-free, dairy-free and preservative-free ~ but the taste will knock your socks off! (A few bars are not dairy-free). The main reason it's part of my detox plan? No refined sugar! It's sweetened mainly with honey and contain only nuts, fruits and berries. *no, this isn't necessarily low in fat and calories, but it's a quality food, showing me that if we eat what we're meant to eat ~~ that provided by the earth, not a machine ~~ our bodies will reward us with good health.

So delicious. So, so delicious. I don't care that I'm not four. These are one of my favorite snacks in the afternoon. Each fruit roll is an entire serving of fruit and has no added sugar. I love, love granny smith apples. They're sweet and tart. They make a great snack when your on the go. And they're essential for apple pies. I also like to use a little minced granny apples in my cornbread stuffing.
