It's organic, "ethical", yadda yadda (basically, you don't have to feel too guilty about eating it). What you really need to know is that the stuff is really, really, delicious. Now, there are quite a few recommendations on here for some of the other flavors, but cherry is by far my favorite, and it deserves to have its praises sung. Delicious dried cherries add a bit of brightness to this seductively dark chocolate (so that even if you don't usually like dark chocolate, you might like this), and the "lift" of flavor added by the sweetness of the cherries isn't cloying or overpowering (so if you like dark chocolate already, you won't be disappointed). Lovely with a glass of red wine, if you like that sort of thing; perfect on its own if you don't.

Remembering seeeing a recommendation for Green & Black chocolate on ThisNext, I picked up a couple flavors. I didn't find the Maya Gold variety particularly exciting, but my wife agrees with me that the Dark 70% flavor is some of the best chocolate we've tried, and she likes that it's organic.
