Running just a bit through my damp hair speeds up drying time, protects my hair from heat, adds tons of shine, and makes my hair feel super soft. It also UV-protects my hair. During the winter I like to rub the oil on my scalp before bed to protect against dryness. This keeps dreaded winter flakes at bay, and makes my hair super healthy. A little goes a long way, so this little bottle is definitely worth the price. I'd highly recommend this product for hair of any condition. If you are deciding between this and Moroccanoil, I suggest trying one of the mini-sample bottles that each company offers for a small cost.

I am surprised that this hasn't already been recommended. Again a product that was given to me as a present. The company has been around for at least 3 decades, going on 4. I am seriously considering switching to this company permanently. What I love the most about these products is that they are so reasonably priced (excluding the international shipping charges) and that they have another range, Head Organics, that also has styling products as well. This is definitely a Must-Buy!

With this -- a little goes a really long way and though it is at the slightly steeper price range, it is worth it. Of course, I have short hair so I have no idea how long it will last for someone with long hair. It's also an organic product, another plus in my book. A definite must-buy!

(Except for the one time I went in for a trim and the guy gave me layers and beachy curls- argh!) I think I have had one of their large wooden paddle brushes since they first came out with them. But that brush is huge and doesn't always make the best choice when traveling. I am so glad that Aveda made a smaller version. Now I take this with me whenever I travel. I style my hair, brush my hair, straighten my curly hair with it and it doesn't take up a ton of space in the suitcase or drawer. Like any wooden brush the more you get it wet, the more it will flake and warp a little over time. I combat this by trying to dry off the handle when I'm done with it (if I have used it on wet hair). I do clean it as well to keep it in tip top shape.

Ok, I know that haircuts don't happen often enough to justify a pricey chair just for the occasion....... but it's SOOO adorable! Can't we put our heads together and think of all the other ways we could use it in between tr... Can't we put our heads together and think of all the other ways we could use it in between trims so that we have a "practical" use for it? Umm.... a time-out chair..... a high chair for meals.... OH! and It has working lights and engine noises- we can charge neighborhood kids a quarter to play with it, just like at Chuck E. Cheese! Anything, absolutely ANYTHING, to give me an excuse to buy one!
