For a couple bucks this treatment makes my hair soft and definitely detangles. It's a quick treatment (I hate the ones that you have to leave in for 20+ minutes) and it definitely works. Even before I highlighted my hair this product (along with the shampoo) made a noticeable difference in the richness of my naturally dark brown hair. I loved the fact that my hair which normally looks almost black looked like it was naturally deep chocolate brown. An added bonus - I didn't mind the scent either. It had a slightly spicy scent to it which only made me use it more!
