Poor LC thinks it is appropriate to pass off late-summer inspiration as a fall collection. While this somewhat cute maxi dress is great for a beach party, I'm not so sure it's appropriate past Labor day....even in LA.

I'm definitely going to Target to buy some bikinis this summer because I can purchase a couple without going broke. I like this one because of the bright, sunny color, and the ruffles will enhance my less than well endowed chest.
