harmonica / hohner w/case (Powered by CubeCart)

i play the harmonica every day and generally find that Hohner is the best and accepted as such. Mostly i play in the key of C, but that said i have many harmonicas and one that is in all keys. i got into the harmonica because of my love of Dylan - and i find that after playing violin for years, which is much harder, the harmonica is just a lot of fun and very versatile. you should try it.... just mess around.... you'lll pick it up.

It's not prohibitively expensive, it's reliable, you can't over-wind it unless you TRY REALLY HARD so it's sorta fool-proof in this way and it's just a nice-looking, classic metronome. No, it's not wood, but the plastic does not detract.

  • the marine band has a different tone from the blues harmonica, so for a different effect that has more of an "echo" this is worth a try if you get really into it. i recommend the blues first, but the marine band here has a lot to ... the marine band has a different tone from the blues harmonica, so for a different effect that has more of an "echo" this is worth a try if you get really into it. i recommend the blues first, but the marine band here has a lot to recommend and again, you can't go wrong with Hohner and again, this is in the key of C.
