Don't worry, Chocaviar isn't chocolate covered fish eggs. Instead it's Italian choclatier Venchi's unique way of sellig chocolate. Chocaviar is packaged like caviar in tins and small glass jars but contains tiny nuggets of South American cocoa rather than anything marine. The treat can be added to hot chocolate, ice cream or as a garnish for desserts. Venchi also creates other chocolates which are topped with Chocaviar nubs. A 1.41 ounce jar sells for $11.95.
