I first started using Cellfood because it had been recommended by several doctors in detox and nutrition books I have read. It is an oxygen based product which slowly delivers oxygens to cells and also releases minerals, metabolic enzymes, amino acids and electrolytes. This benefits energy levels and boosts the immune system. The concentrate also restores acidic pH, which is important to detoxification and healing functions in the body. I have to say, since using this product I have not been sick nearly as much, and my energy levels are much higher. It's relatively affordable, and very safe to use (no harmful fillers). It's worth a try.

It was a definite challenge to integrate the information into action and diet but very very easy to maintain once I got over the discomfort of changing my beliefs and understanding of food and eating. I recommend this book all the time, to friends, coworkers, etc. etc. I especially recommend it for those dealing with diabetes as the information can show you how you can reverse it! Fascinating read as well!
