And what about those of us who have unusually small hands?! The silicone mats by Portion Pals will make sure that you're eating the right portion of chicken, fish and even bread. These are for cooking and eating at home, unless you don't have a problem with whipping these out of your purse in a restaurant.

Know how you can lose that 10 pounds of Holiday weight you gain between Thanksgiving and New Year's? Start now. Give yourself a cushion (so to speak) by kicking off that Holiday weight loss plan long before the Holidays launch by using BodyBugg, an armband that tracks the number of calories you burn, which is hopefully more than the calories you consume. You don't have to worry about looking up activities in a database and calculating how many calories you just burned while playing golf or vacuuming. BodyBugg's armband has 4 physiological sensors that do all that work for you. Not burning enough calories yet today? Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Breaking even on calories for the day? Maybe you can let yourself have that extra frozen yogurt after lunch. By the time the turkey hits the table, "healthy" will be a lifestyle, not a curse.

I would alternate these with the muffin tops (see our other review) for dessert or an afternoon snack. It is unbelievable that these are only 100 calories and actually are satisfying and taste like rich chocolate. They are even good enough to pass the "kids test", as my nice and nephew loved them and had no idea that they were low calorie/low fat and not their usually chocolate treats!
