My husband got me a new Ipod Nano (3rd Gen) for my birthday and I am absolutely addicted to it. I have several movies and TV shows loaded, a bunch of songs, photos.... It is an absolute must have. Decisions have been tough for consumers lately when it comes to water bottles: Disposables are bad for the environment, polycarbonate leaches BPA, and aluminum bottles have liners that may pose contamination concerns. The safest choice, aside from reusing a glass bottle, is not stainless steel. And these stainless bottles are the perfect size (20 oz) and even have a carabiner for easy carrying!

My roommate recently got one of these and said it was the greatest purchase she has made. So of course I had to get one too... and she was totally right. I drink sooo much more water and it is just fantastic! Get one!

Hiking is always a good way to fill your Sundays especially in the summer. If you are in LA there are TONS of hikes. Don't waste the day away!
