Taza Chocolate

Pure dark chocolate flakes make the best hot chocolate. Stir them into hot milk and whisk for creamy, rich hot cocoa. I like spice, so I put a tiny dash of cayenne pepper and a more generous sprinkle of cinnamon in the cup as well, and then top with real whipped cream. The combination of the dark, spicy hot chocolate and the cool whipped cream is divine!
