I bought this duvet in the red print. I love it! It's just a touch of floral so most men are ok with it. I can't believe IKEA has cast iron pans for $9.99! Cast iron is the BEST option. Those nonstick frying pans (Teflon and the like) are so bad for you - the offgas nasty plastic chemicals into everything you cook in them. And, once ... Those nonstick frying pans (Teflon and the like) are so bad for you - the offgas nasty plastic chemicals into everything you cook in them. And, once scratched, the aluminum underneath gets into your food which is toxic, as well. Cooking with cast iron, however, nixes any chance of toxicity and even adds a little bit of iron to your food. Even heating, as well. Go get one!
