I love fish. I had no idea there were this many different kinds of tuna and mackerel. I think I'd hang this one in my kitchen.

I have to admit, I don't know New York's state bird. I can however tell you the state birds of North Carolina and Minnesota. Cool poster.

I could definitely spend some time learning more about squid. Like why do they taste so good fried in batter.
