The album, from a super band of sorts, was produced by Jack White. So, It's safe to assume it's going to be good or bad. I've only head one track, but it's sounds good so far.

Don't kid your self, dysfunctional couple -- ahem, ex couple meg and jack white made some of the best garage rock of the early 2000s. This one is my favorite.

Amazingly I just found this song today as I found out the Raconteurs (the Saboteurs in Australia) are doing a last-minute show at the Music Box this Sunday. Gave this song a listen and instantly loved it.

Anyone who underestimated Brendan Benson's effect on the sound of this group will be emediatly shocked once they make it past the lead single. When it first came out, I was slightly bummed the sound wasn't harder, more White Stripes-ish, but over time I love the pop infusion. The songs are catchy, not overly popy, but a nice balance.
