Jet-beaded Cashmere Sweater
The most miserable family experience I've ever had, had nothing to do with people. Rather, I was freezing cold. We were driving somewhere as a family and I hadn't listened to my mother and so I didn't wear my coat (it didn't match my holiday dress) so I sat shivering in the car ride down to visit the family getting colder and colder. This beaded black cashmere sweater could have saved me. The beading dressed up the basic black sweater making it dressy enough to match holiday wear The cashmere keeps me warm enough to not freeze in silence as I refused to admit I was wrong.

I had a surprise date (I suppose you could call it that) this weekend and as I dug through my closet for a black dress I hadn't worn recently, I realized while I own lots of party dresses all of them are very specific and I need a nice solid black dress that I can customize and reuse. This dress would divinely suit that purpose. It's a knee length dress with a flattering skirt and boat neck (say hello to my pretty collarbones).
