Jean Paul Gaultier MaDame Perfume for Women
I went to Amsterdam back in October and I went to a perfumerie. After about 30 minutes and finding nothing to my liking, the salesgirl shows me this. She said it was new and I took one whiff and knew I had found my scent. It's slightly sweet, with vanilla notes. When people smell me they always ask, "What is that? You smell delicious!" Around December I saw it had reached the US commercially. I felt cool knowing I had it first! :-) Wouldn't you?

When I first bought this I was attending college. I love oriental scents more than anything and thought this was right up my alley. Well, not only was the scent right up my alley, but it also came with its own trash can too. LOL... When I first bought this I was attending college. The packaging for this perfume resembles a trash can. Nevermind the fact the perfume bottle is a woman's torso. One year later, two women were "trying to bend my arm" to get me to buy this in a department store. (It was in a set with the lotion.) No arm bending needed here. I bought it! (PS. It combines oriental scents, vanilla, spicy amber, and woods.)
