  • Whenever I am feeling like a bit of a lazyass BUT the health nut voice in my head won't let me order out for pizza, I just run to the store and grab me a couple of these tasty little entrees. They are like the only "microwaveable"... Whenever I am feeling like a bit of a lazyass BUT the health nut voice in my head won't let me order out for pizza, I just run to the store and grab me a couple of these tasty little entrees. They are like the only "microwaveable" dinners I will purchase because they are a)packed full of protein AND fiber b)delicious and c)satisfying (I do like to add a bit of butter to them though). Reasonably priced for a health food item and easy to find in the regular grocery store as well as special health food stores. Yum it up!

  • Kashi waffles are easy, yummy and good for you too! There are some whole grains in these waffles (but there could always be more). I do like that they are low in fat and contain 100% of the recommended folic acid and B12.

Sometimes I wish there was a few m... Sometimes I wish there was a few more tomatoes on the entire pizza, but overall I give it some props.

I like to bring my lunch so I don't crave to the temptation of eating out all the time with mostly less than healthy choices available. This has the Kashi 7 grains with shrimp (which were not rubbery, which is amazing for frozen shrimp), peppers, onions and carrots over the top with a delish cilantro lime sauce! Kashi makes it easy and delish to keep it healthy.

They are light enough they don't make me feel like there is cememt mix in my stomach after I eat it. If you are going to go out for a long work-out or yoga session, a bowl of Kashi Puffs about 20-30 min beforehand can be a great way to get your energy up
