7 Whole Grain Kashi Puffs

Kashi Puffs are my mainstay breakfast. I have Kashi Puffs w/organic blueberries, dark amber maple syrup, and plain soymilk. Kashi Puffs have a light, nutty flavor, have a good crunch to them, and don't turn into a soggy mess in your cereal bowl. I eat kashi puffs as a snack sometimes too. They are light enough they don't make me feel like there is cememt mix in my stomach after I eat it. If you are going to go out for a long work-out or yoga session, a bowl of Kashi Puffs about 20-30 min beforehand can be a great way to get your energy up
