i had a thing for claymation as a child and this movie is one of the best christmas flicks out there. its also narrated by fred estare which imediatly makes it all kinds of classic and great.

AWESOME movie. I still love this, simply because David Bowie plays the Goblin King. One of those weird, dark kid's movies that probably scared you more than you wanted to admit. Oh, and Jennifer Connelly's in it too.

oh yeah! the ultimate in o.g. movies that were HUGE when i was a kid that i LOVED and then disappeared. this movie still brings a tear to my eye. my mother still has a tape of me karaokeing "somewhere out there"

this is a fantastic adventure full of fantasy and imagination. he's not a fish, hes a boy trying to save slumberland so it doesn't get taken over by nightmares. really really wonderful.
