I eat Cinnamon Toast Crunch almost every day. It is the best breakfast cereal I have ever tasted. Basically it is but crunchy squares with cinnamon sugar surronding it. It is delicous.

I really have only one food group in my (so called) diet and it's Pepperidge Farm Goldfish. Sure, I eat other things, but these are what I've eaten everyday, consistently for years. My absolute favorite of the McVities' cookies- the milk chocolate digestives. Horrible name, that. "Digestives." But the taste? Oh my god, delicious. Here's the trick- dip them in a hot cup of tea juuuust long enough (maybe 2-3 seconds) to get the chocolate a bit melted but NOT long enough to make the cookie soggy or it will fall into the cup. Yep. It's an art form.

So delicious. So, so delicious. I don't care that I'm not four. These are one of my favorite snacks in the afternoon. Each fruit roll is an entire serving of fruit and has no added sugar. For some reason I remember these chocolate-filled wafer treats coming out when I was a kid and marketed as "Koala Yummies!" Either way and by either name, these little cookies are not only delicious, but they're adorable- each on... OK, I know dried meat products are not for everyone and turkey jerky in particular can gross some people out. However, if you do have the good sense to have a palate that appreciates great dried meats, I HIGHLY recommend Snackmas... However, if you do have the good sense to have a palate that appreciates great dried meats, I HIGHLY recommend Snackmaster's free range turkey jerky. Hot & Spicy is my fav and my kids love teriyaki. Snackmasters uses super-high quality turkey and cuts it into slices (none of that weird "formed" meat that looks like it gets extruded from a machine). Turkey jerky is a great snack for athletes as it is high protein, has a lot of salt to replenish lost salts, is low in fat and cholestrol. And it is is liteweight and easily portable so it is ideal for multi-pitch climbs or mountain bike rides.

I eat a lot of these, and I can't tell the difference between regular and reduced fat. So I go with reduced fat. My family loves cheese. "It's just a little cheese."

My husband and I both work, at the end of the day we are so tired to make an extra meal for our 2 year old. Peas of Mind does the work for us with their frozen entrees for kids.
