One year she and I got together and made truffles for everyone as holiday presents. We put a big order in for these and must have bought about ten pounds of chocolate. We made most of them into truffles and made a lot of people happy but I kept one bag in my freezer for baking and snacking. They're really good. And the price is right - somewhat less than $9 for a pound of good chocolate. I have five pounds ready to make truffles this year and I'm having trouble keeping certain people from eating my supplies.
