KitchenAid Professional 5 Plus - Caviar
I purchased this mixer several months ago. I use it all of the time for cakes, cookies, spinach dip, and lots more. It has three different beater attachments which are used for different applications. The wire whip is not recommended for the dishwasher, but I have had no problems with the other attachments in the dishwasher. Its heavy and durable. Kitchenaid is a great appliance name, and this particular mixer in the caviar color has a slight sparkle to it.

Being a pastry cook I could not exist without my KitchenAid. Having the larger of the mixers makes life easier. If you're using a mixer, why not have the capacity and the power of the commercial series. The stainless still padd... Being a pastry cook I could not exist without my KitchenAid. Having the larger of the mixers makes life easier. If you're using a mixer, why not have the capacity and the power of the commercial series. The stainless still paddle won't peel and the slow start motor prevents your flour from flying out of the bowl. Soooo worth the money.
