All-Clad 2.5 Qt. Windsor w/ Lid - All Clad LTD Cookware
This is basically a one-stop pan for me. I have cooked entire meals in mine - transferring pasta to a dish while I prepare the sauce or transferring sauteed vegetables and meat to a dish while I prepare the soup or noodle dish into which they'll be incorporated. It's great for sweet or savory dishes. The "spouts" are perfect for pouring hot chocolate or pudding or even soup. I love my Windsor!

if you bake at all or know anyone who does this is the greatest accessory ever. it allows for wet or dry ingredients to be measured quickly and easily and its easy to clean. this is an essential.

Being a pastry cook I could not exist without my KitchenAid. Having the larger of the mixers makes life easier. If you're using a mixer, why not have the capacity and the power of the commercial series. The stainless still padd... Being a pastry cook I could not exist without my KitchenAid. Having the larger of the mixers makes life easier. If you're using a mixer, why not have the capacity and the power of the commercial series. The stainless still paddle won't peel and the slow start motor prevents your flour from flying out of the bowl. Soooo worth the money.

We just got this as a combined birthday present a couple of weeks ago. I've never owned a food processor before and pretty much thought that some good knives and my mom's old blender were a fine replacement. Colour me surprised....
