Limoncello

I first got this in an Italian restaurant in Stockholm (!) after a lengthy 6-course meal of excellent Roman/Tuscan dishes. They put their glasses (sort of a long shot glass) into the freezer before pouring in the limoncello, and it was experience. Since that time I have always brought back a bottle from Italiy - preferably from Amalfi where they have the best (don't kill me anyone) oranges and lemons in whole of Italy.
