Last year I did a mash-up of this costume and went as the One-Night Stand of the Lucky Charms Leprechaun. Think green she-leprechaun costume, fake hickeys in the shape of the marshmallow charms and... well, you get the idea.

No, it doesn't have to be St. Paddy's! Kids have a blast with these year-round. Decorate a box, prop it up on a stick, sprinkle Lucky Charms around it and .... voila! It's well worth exploring for inexpensive, creative and fun forms of entertaining the kids as the weeks drift towards fall. Turn off the tv, hide the Playstation and make some really great memories!
