Great for mixing and a really nice subtle herbal/anise flavor. I like it with fresh lemon juice and a little sugar syrup (sweet & tart).

Rush Street in Culver City makes an awesome tasting Blood Orange Manhattan. Thanks to the use of blood orange bitters, the cocktail is mellower and sweeter in taste.
