There was another fresh layer of snow on the ground when I awoke this morning. We just finished brunch, but the time will soon come to head out on for another lazy exploring day. There will definitely be snow and it will definitely be casual attire. This cashmere turtleneck sweater would be perfect! It's soft and warm (to ward against the snow) and even though it might be casual, I won't feel like I'm not put together.

I spent the day walking on the beach...not a warm beach, because why would I go somewhere warm for the holidays, but a cold Maine coast. It was a bit chilly (though really quite nice), as I sit in my room right now I wish I could... I'm actually wearing this sweater right now. It was cold this morning and I overslept, so I grabbed this sweater, hurriedly dressed and headed to work. It as like living in a toasty blanket all day. don't let the name dissuade you from getting this sweater. there's nothing normal about it - wool, checks on sleeve, and hugs your body. you'll see what i mean when you put it on.
