Nordic Naturals Inc. EPA Omega 3 lemon flavor
I am super-bullish on the longevity and anti-inflammatory power of omega-3 fish oils. Only bummer about fish oil is that it often tastes terrible and can give you fishy (read nasty) burps. But not Nordic Naturals Pro EPA lemon flavored omega 3 capsules. I don't know how they do it but they taste ok and don't make me think of fish all day long. Plus, Nordic Naturals has a reputation (well-founded, I think) for making a super-high-quality product that is very good about removing all the nasty heavy metals that can be found in fish. I take a minimum of 3 capsules/day but I know SERIOUS longevity buffs who take a lot more than that on a daily basis. Besides helping you live longer, omega3 is supposedly very good for your skin, eyes, and brain. Also, omega 3 has been shown to be very effective in helping ADD and ADHD types to be able to focus more easily. For those of you who know me, its ADD-mitigation efficacy is explanation enough as to why I take Nordic Naturals ;-)
