Do you simply swim freestyle until you've hit your target number of laps? Do you get frustrated that you can't reach your target heartrate? This described me until I got this swim workouts for triathaletes. Now I don't have to think when I get in the water. I simply prop up the waterproof workout on the floort above me and go to work. Each workout is different but takes you through a progression from easy to hard, and it's perfect for those who compete in triathalons or in swim meets b/c it also provides workouts that get you to your goal (tapering and everything). Swimming is no longer boring. I have grown to love it more than running (something I thought would never happen). I'm swimming faster and may I say more cut, defined than ever. And, the chicks dig me.
