Do you get tired of getting in the water not knowing what strokes and at what distance you'll do that day? Do you simply swim freestyle until you've hit your target number of laps? Do you get frustrated that you can't reach your target heartrate? This described me until I got this swim workouts for triathaletes. Now I don't have to think when I get in the water. I simply prop up the waterproof workout on the floort above me and go to work. Each workout is different but takes you through a progression from easy to hard, and it's perfect for those who compete in triathalons or in swim meets b/c it also provides workouts that get you to your goal (tapering and everything).
