However, dark black, thickly applied eyeliner will make tired eyes look even more tired. Opt instead for a powder eyeliner in a dark brown or off-black that will allow you to simply fill in your lash line. Powder liner can be applied with an angled brush, but a "pencil" powder eyeliner like L'oreal's is so much more convenient.
