Thanks to Ion_Dog's cool lists I remembered how much I love this seasoning. Here's my simply fabulous NOLA breakfast treat. Grits with a pat of real butter and a few dashes of cajun hot sauce, topped with an egg over easy liberally sprinkled with Tony's Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning. Oh Yessss! This simply makes everything taste a little better. I may have to start a list just to showcase this.
