phish food low calorie ice cream. this is decadent but so satisfying in a small quantity. the calories and ingredient legend aren't too terrible. it is the best ice cream i've ever had. the combination of hard, dark chocolate pieces, strains of marshmallow and caramel make my mouth water.

It's hard to find a good tasting salad dressing that satisfies all three requirements. Maple Grove Farms makes a balsamic vinaigrette and a raspberry vinaigrette that fit the bill. I use the former as a marinade for flank steak and the latter for chicken and my family doesn't know the difference! (This is the sweetest thing of all.)
