Australian designer, Marc Harrison, makes a fine range of bowls and serving-ware from macadamia nut shells. The nut encasement is often discarded. Harrison combines an injection molding process with ground shells and a binding compound, to make these smooth Husque bowls. The interiors are bright and remind me of candy-coated chocolates. Very touchable and clever.

This website sells by the box, but I find them in my supermarket and healthy food store. There are so many "bars" out there, but this one really stands apart! check out the other two recommendations for the company.
