Lubu Heels by China Glaze
This is a bold nail color. Black with red glitter. Inspired of course, by Louboutin Manicures, this polish is totally funky. It's got a red glitter counter part called Ruby Pumps which some do an interesting manicure with- The black based Lubu Heals on top of the nails, then Ruby Pumps on the underside of the nail. In order to minimize the bumpy texture that most glitter polishes create, I did my first coat with black, rather than Lubu Heals, then did the second in Lubu Heals to finish it off. That way I wasn't layering glitter on top of glitter. Enjoy this fun novelty color!

I love this pale pink. It has some application problems- the formula seems a bit thicker than other CG colors, and it takes 3 coats for opaque coverage. It's icy enough for winter, warm enough for spring, and pink enough for summer, so you'll get a lot of mileage out of the color. Big 3 free and made in the USA.
