Long Sleeved Chemise Top
My brother, who knows all about Medieval clothing, tells me that women would wear these chemise tops under bodices or corsets. The idea was to let the sleeves and neck hang down a little bit to add an extra sense of refinery. I think it looks like the classical "maiden in waiting" type character. Its really pretty though.
