KIM KIROIC Sneakers for JUUN.J Spring/Summer 2010
Shanghai designer Kim Kiroic, one of China’s emerging footwear designers, popped up on the Paris runways with footwear specially designed for the Seoul based designer, Juun.J, Spring/Summer 2010 runway show. Kiroic’s sneakers are fully deconstructed to the base essential by removing toe boxes, tongues, and more. The end product is more of a sandal than sneaker though appearances can be deceiving.
