I ran across jamcoretraining.com a while back, joined for free, and fell in love. I am currently a college student with no fitness club experience, and no money for a personal trainer. Jamcore made it easy and efficient for me by bringing workouts to me through my video ipod. With the video workouts at my fingertips I could watch them multiple times, get the workouts just right, while listening to the fundamental directions. Jamcore Personal Training gives me the freedom to come and go to the gym as I please, and not worry about a sweaty trainer breathing down my neck or pushing me too hard, too fast. This is a must try product and I recommend this to anyone looking into fitness or health. Thank you JamCore!

You know how it goes, a friend at work told me about a guy she knew who lost a lot of weight using the Abs Diet. Before I knew it a group of guys from work were doing it. When they each lost 20-30 pounds I was hooked. I picked up the Women's version of the book and read it from cover to cover. Everything in there is honest to goodness truth. no miracle work, no starving yourself, just applying principles you already know to your daily routine. I tried it for 2 weeks and lost 10 lbs (and 9 inches). THe plan is fairly simple and its was created by a Men's Health editor, the secret is to boost your metabolism and let your body do the work for you. I'm gonna give it a go again after New Years and thought maybe I could interest a few others to jump on the bandwagon with me. What do you say?
