DKNY Full length silk dress
A few years back my stepmother got my me the Lily Pulitzer cookbook. The recipes were nice of course, but the best part was the pictures. Old pictures of Lily from back when she was younger. One of the most memorable pictures of the book was one of her in an off the shoulder maxi dress, she looked so alive, so happy and the dress looked so right. This dress reminds me of it. It's a maxi dress that in the basic black, white and gray...except for that splash of pink. And it's that splash that make all the difference in the world.

I love a good sweater dress, though it never occurred to me to try a bold pattern. I am a sucker for Pucci prints and I have fallen in love with this dress - especially since it's on sale!

OK, I still lust after Matthew Williamson. This Atomic Beaded Dress is spectacular - I wish I had pockets deep enough to snag this frock and dazzle onlookers this summer.
