I am one of the first Artists to visually create an allegory of Barack Obama’s campaign journey…which makes your art not only beautiful but unique! We just started marketing so prices are inexpensive. In fact, Serengeti gallery are now selling prints which means the price has gone up. The original artwork is 18"x24" and was done in the Conte and Pastel medium on textured paper. This piece was completed on March 5th, of 2008. The content of the artwork is surreally composed of all the things that represent the political candidate. In addition to Barack Obama’s portrait, included flowers of money to signify prosperity, financial growth, and to pun on the word “change”. The dove represents “hope” as it fly’s in the sky with a ribbon in its mouth, while the stormy White House waits to be renovated when Obama crosses the bridge.
