Organic Collard Greens
I love making collard greens. I usually mix them like grandma use to do with mustard greens and kale.

Since my roommate is allergic to corn syrup I used this in place of it in my fleur de sel caramels and it still came out great. Still tasted good and is a healthful alternative for those watching their sugar intake.
I always try to keep lemons around the house for baking, cooking, fresh squeezed lemonade or fresh juice in my tea.
